Where Main Street Advisory Works
Main Street Advisory works with businesses nationwide, with a focus on owner-operated companies. Its regional focus includes Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Raleigh-Durham, Jacksonville, and Austin. Distance does not change how the work runs. It only changes how the time is split between remote and on-site.
How delivery works
Much of the work runs remotely: reviewing the numbers, working through decisions with the owner and the management team, and keeping implementation moving between visits. The founder comes on-site when being in the business changes the result, such as seeing how the work actually runs, putting a new process in place, or helping people change how they operate day to day.
How often that happens depends on the engagement, not on where the business is. Main Street Advisory has no physical offices; every engagement is run from Atlanta, with time on-site wherever it is needed.
Who does the work
Clients work directly with the founder, from the first conversation through the work itself. The person who scopes the work is the person who does it.

Main Street Advisory is built for businesses that have grown past the way they are run. The signs are usually familiar:
Most of the work is with owner-operated companies, where those problems tend to land hardest. The industry focus is contractors, field-service businesses, and manufacturers, including skilled trades, specialty and general contractors, and commercial and industrial service companies. The firm’s working tools are built for job-based operations, including job costing, work-in-progress tracking, and cash forecasting.
Work Together
Send a short inquiry. The founder reads it personally and replies within one business day. If there looks to be a fit, the next step is a no-charge conversation of about 45 to 60 minutes to understand the business and whether Main Street Advisory is the right fit. No obligation.
